Going to NewAge for renovation of our new house was a leap of faith and also something me and my wife considered the options through by dropping some of our close friend's quote. It actually turned out that our choice was an un-regrettable one. There were plenty of IDs in the market and in this business its very competitive. Isaac spontaneous responses and professional stood out among the rest! Our Reno revolved around the Covid 19 period and having the right team behind this company is really key to the success on how they can perform under constant pressure where manpower is scarce. I shall also mention here that the construction quality of workmanship was good and many positive likes can be seen on face book. I specially took 2 months to review this as we like to see if there's any fallout of defects from the Renos. So rest assure that the review written here is genuine to the core. For those who are still wondering if you should engage them upon various reviews from the internet, may I suggest you give NewAge boss, Isaac a call and you shall be delighted by his eagerness and engagement in working with you. People treat you as customers, but Isaac treated us like family. Can’t forget how the boss came down to help us ferry a toilet bowl in his BMW. That really showed how down to earth a man/boss can be. Just completed my HDB resales flat renovation at Yishun with NewAge. I found them on Yishun Junction 9 based on walk in. Isaac the boss himself is the one who took up my job.
His fine detail of explaining how he will carry out the job managed to convince me that he is the right person. He is real experience with patience ID. Knowing the latest design/fashion on renovation. Like what his video on Facebook said.
Please note that all renovation there will be some disagreement, such as how thing should be installed or done. everyone will have different view. Most important is the ID willing to listen and alter according to what you feel it should be done.
I did twice renovation job, 1st time with ID and second time with direct contractor, usually their reply is “oh is like that want, standard, cannot change want”. But Isaac is willing to alter to what I feel is correct when thing is already install or done. Of course the reason to alter must be valid.
Price is reasonable and variation order is fair and justifiable.
Really is a good job done for my house. I think he also feel that is very challenging to do my house as I am very particular person haha. A lot of new thing I requested he never do before.
If you are looking for freebie, thinking of don’t need to pay for work done, asking for lot of discount then please look for someone else. I think they also don’t want your business haha. They also need to buy food to eat lo.
So please pay when is due according to contract T & C, he will carry out the work nicely.
Note that Isaac the boss himself is the one who did my house. Ensure he is the one who will do the coordination work for you before you sign the contract.

Newage team is my go-to guy for all renovation needs. We've used his company twice over the past 6 years to renovate 2 different places and he has never failed to impress us with his level of professionalism.
The team very responsive, responsible and ensures that the renovation timeline are all strictly monitored. We've got our huge place renovated over 2.5 months from Oct-2021, and was handed back to us successfully before CNY. And everyone who's visited our place has remarked at the design, quality and the speed upon which it was achieved. One thing about desinger in-charge is that he's very clear on the time-lines, if he says certain work can be done by a certain date means it will be done.
Designer & team manages his sub-cons very well and I can see that he has very good relationships with all of them. His project management skill is really very solid, and he's also very considerate at helping us monitor the costs closely so as not to exceed the budget. We've been very pleased with the overall results and will recommend anybody looking for an ID to give him a shot.
If anyone wishes for a reference, I'll be very happy to give one too. I'm almost certain my next house will still be renovated by him.

Had an awesome renovation experience with NewAge team.
From conceptualization right up to completion, their team has been very prompt in all our queries and concerns. We could see how well coordinated the designers and his fellow contractors were throughout the renovation duration. Workmanship was wonderful too, which eliminated many headaches that would otherwise have come from a renovation process.
We loved the designs and the selection of tiles etc that he had recommended and most importantly, as first time home owners, we had big ideas, of which some were impossible but the designers has been very open to our preferences and is always ready to explore through the concepts. He would also take efforts to explain in detail why some ideas were not possible and also came up with alternatives where applicable.
Most importantly...we changed our minds and added in requests at very last minute notice and the team really tried their best to accommodate accordingly.

We started our renovations in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. While many of our friends’ reno projects were stranded or delayed due to manpower issues, NewAge Interior was able to complete and deliver our dream home within the promised 2.5months. Our ID, Issac was responsive and updated us regularly of progress. While there were inevitable minor hiccups here and there, he was able to provide resolutions quickly and kept the entire experience rather fuss-free and smooth for us. We were happy with his design concepts which were very close to what we had in mind. He gave practical ideas and did not make us spend unnecessary money. We were also impressed by his team of sub-contractors who mostly delivered high quality work and demonstrated pride and passion in their profession. Upon comparing the rates, we also found New Age’s fees to be highly competitive and very reasonable. At the end of the project and after handing over the flat back to us, Issac continued to follow up with loose ends and minor rectifications promptly. Overall, we are happy with the outcome and many friends have complimented our new place. We will definitely recommend NewAge Interior design!

Some item I change my mind the company also willing to help me change in last min decision. I came to know about this ID from my good friend and heard about the good services provided. So I decided to engage them to renovate my current flat. Since day one, the services provided by Isaac and team including good advice, clearly stated quotations and managing expectations were great. When the real work began, the working teams including floor hacking, toilet tilers, Aircon contractors, vinyl floor contractors, painters and the team dealing with water pipings (WC installations and such) were just 2 words to describe: Fantastic and Professional. Their worksmanship were of very high standard. I have done a few house renovation work and trust me, I know what I’m talking about. issac is the only contractor that I can find no serious fault or get angry with. Isaac as the owner of this ID is very friendly, accommodating and seriously know what he is doing. Ok, at this point I may sound like an employee being forced to write nice things for marketing purposes... try it to see for yourself. Another advice, this ID is very reasonably priced and the owner is an honest man. At the end of the day, good things don’t come cheap and cheap things don’t come good. My house renovation has just been completed and honestly, I’m indeed very happy about it. It was a pretty good experience working with Isaac and his team. We chose them as their price was quite reasonable and the team seemed quite experienced. What we wanted was quite simple, so the work was completed quite fast and the whole reno process took less than 2 months. They were quite patient as well even though we changed our minds a few times on the things we wanted, but it would have been nice if the colour we really wanted for our vinyl floor was available but it wasn’t really the ID’s fault that the stock was unavailable at their supplier. So far no problem with the workmanship as well!
